He has orchestrated the turnaround of several business units in the Philippines using his techniques. His CULTURE TRANSFORMATION initiatives resulted in significant increases in employee engagement resulting in award winning leadership development and significant return-on-investment. Mr. Jones is a Six Sigma Black Belt and previous Malcolm Baldrige Sterling Examiner. He received his MBA from the University of South Florida.
